FarStar 1 Waves rolled onto the shoreline with a frantic steadiness that only water can have. It was calming to think about; the rest of the world could be falling into ruin, and yet those waves would continue as they had for untold millennia, rolling in and out with effortless grace, as though nothing were amiss.
